The Nike Air Yeezy is an official sneaker collaboration project between shoemaker Nike and American rapper Kanye West.

Kanye West is one of the best American hip hop recording artist, songwriter, record producer, film director, fashion designer from Chicago, Illinois. And Yeezy is nickname of Kanye West.
In 2009, West collaborated with Nike to release his own shoe, the Air Yeezys, with a second version released in 2012.

First Version - Air Yeezy 1

Given a limited release of 3000 pairs on April 6, 2009, the Air Yeezy had a suggested retail cost of US$275 (which were subsequently sold at prices as high as $2750 due to limited quantities).

Amid wide anticipation, the shoe was released with 500 of each color way on June 9, 2012. While sold for a retail price of $250, the shoe gained notoriety for its wildly inflated resale value of $2,750.00.
The Air Yeezy II featured two premier color ways Solar Red, and Pure Platinum.
